Live longer, Drink Green Tea

Live longer, drink green tea, that is . A study in the Orient found that Japanese women who drank lots of green tea lived longer. SO maybe you should try some green tea after work, instead of a martini. It's takes not much longer than mixing a cocktail, and you
won't have a headache the next day.
