Green Tea has quite a history.
People have been drinking tea for a half million years. The Chinese and Indians were the first to cultivate tea. Green tea, just as black tea and oolong tea come from the plant,
Camellia sinensis, which is botanical speak for Chinese camellia. So the plant is native to China and is rumored to have all kinds of health benefits such as reducing cholesterol levels and inhibiting the growth of cancer cells.
